Jun 22, 2026 Aquent is partnering with a global leader in athletic apparel and footwear to hire a contract Assortment Planner supporting their North America planning organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data analysis, planning, and business insights to influence product and inventory decisions. You'll work with a collaborative planning team while helping drive key assortment and business planning initiatives. What You'll Do Support assortment and merchandise planning activities Prepare Weekly Business Reviews and Buyer Reviews Analyze sales, inventory, and assortment performance Gather and organize information from multiple business partners Develop actionable insights and recommendations Build reports and dashboards using Excel and business intelligence tools Support planning meetings and future season planning activities Improve processes and create scalable planning tools What You'll Bring 2+ years of planning experience Experience supporting Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) Experience with assortment, merchandise, or inventory planning Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree Nice to Have Previous Nike experience Power BI experience Tableau experience Retail or consumer products experience Experience supporting buyer reviews Merchandise financial planning experience Why Apply Work with one of the world's most recognized brands Gain exposure to high-impact planning and assortment decisions Join a collaborative and highly respected planning team Opportunity for contract extension Hybrid work environment with regular onsite collaboration The target hiring compensation for this role is $36- $40/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
