Beer Merchandiser / Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Beer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of beer products, ensuring optimal stock levels, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beer, an understanding of the market, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of beer products. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and inventory tracking. Assist in visual design and merchandising of beer displays to enhance customer experience. Communicate with suppliers to maintain product availability and quality. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the beer industry. Collaborate with sales teams to promote new products and drive sales growth. Participate in remodeling efforts to improve store layout and product placement. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the beer section of the store. Skills Strong understanding of inventory management practices. Proficiency in using POS systems for sales processing. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Knowledge of visual design principles to create appealing displays. Sales experience, particularly in retail or beverage sectors, is a plus. Familiarity with market trends related to beer products is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
