Do you have a passion for ecommerce, consumer behavior, and digital experiences? Are you highly analytical, detail-oriented, and energized by using data to drive growth? Chubbies is seeking an Associate Digital Merchandiser to help optimize the online shopping experience, drive conversion, and support revenue growth across our ecommerce business. In this role, you will partner closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure customers can easily discover, shop, and purchase our products. The Associate Digital Merchandiser will play a key role in analyzing site performance, managing product merchandising online, supporting promotional execution, and improving the customer journey across Chubbies.com. Duties and responsibilities Manage and maintain product categorization, collections, sorting rules, and site merchandising across Chubbies.com. Analyze daily, weekly, and seasonal ecommerce performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, average order value, and product discovery. Support homepage, category page, landing page, and collection page merchandising strategies to maximize customer engagement and sales. Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and key business initiatives on-site. Monitor product performance and make recommendations regarding product placement, cross-selling, upselling, and assortment visibility. Ensure product information, imagery, pricing, promotions, and merchandising attributes are accurate and optimized across all digital channels. Create and maintain ecommerce reporting, dashboards, and business recaps to support decision-making and performance analysis. Assist with A/B testing initiatives and leverage customer behavior insights to improve site performance. Partner with Merchandising and Inventory teams to align onsite product visibility with inventory availability and business priorities. Support launch readiness for new products, collections, and seasonal campaigns. Monitor customer shopping behavior, search performance, and site navigation trends to identify friction points and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the digital customer experience and site merchandising processes. Stay informed on ecommerce best practices, industry trends, and competitive activity to bring new ideas and recommendations to the business. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Digital Merchandising, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Retail Analytics, or a related field. Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics, including conversion rate, revenue per session, average order value, click-through rate, and customer engagement. Experience merchandising products and managing digital storefronts within Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Shopify, Looker, Google Analytics (GA4), or similar reporting platforms preferred. Experience supporting promotional calendars, site launches, and digital merchandising strategies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
