What You'll Do Create an exceptional shopping experience for every client who visits our boutique. Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and styling recommendations. Assist customers in selecting clothing, shoes, and accessories that fit their needs and lifestyle. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor. Receive, process, and merchandise new inventory. Assist with visual displays and seasonal merchandising. Support boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures. Represent the

Previous retail sales experience is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. An appreciation for quality fashion, footwear, and accessories. Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting and merchandising tasks.
