Nationwide Travel (On the Road) Position Overview Pivotal Retail Group is actively hiring experienced Fixture Installers to join our Remodel Teams supporting store remodels across the country. This role goes beyond basic installation—you will be part of a full remodel crew responsible for transforming stores from start to finish . This includes demerchandising, skating fixtures, fixture installation, resetting departments, and executing detailed store layouts to meet strict timelines and client standards. If you have experience working on Lowes, Floor and Décor, or Target remodels, store resets, or large-scale retail projects, you are a strong fit. What You'll Do Execute full-store remodels and resets within retail environments Perform demerchandising and remerchandising of entire departments and aisles Install, skate, and level fixtures, gondolas, shelving, and displays Set planograms (POGs) and signage with accuracy Support both sales floor and backroom transformations Assist with tear-downs, rebuilds, and layout reconfigurations Work in active store environments while maintaining a clean, safe, and guest-friendly workspace Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality execution as part of a team What This Job Is Like This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where you'll be: Tearing down and rebuilding store sections daily or nightly depending on the project Moving fixtures and product consistently Working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Supporting overnight or early morning remodel shifts Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, staying active, and seeing a project come together from start to finish. Travel Requirements Travel nationwide on remodel projects Hotel accommodations are booked and prepaid (double occupancy) Receive $30/day per diem per night spent in a hotel Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement (no mileage if you are the passenger) Travel is completed using your own reliable vehicle (no flights provided) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $16.00

00 based on experience Biweekly pay Consistent project-based work opportunities Travel support and per diem included Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in: Fixture installation Retail resets / remodels Merchandising (Target experience strongly preferred) Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle required Ability to travel for extended periods High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a smartphone for communication and reporting Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Must pass a pre-employment background check Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience working Target remodels or big-box retail resets Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and execution Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs Tools & Equipment Required Candidates must provide their own: Work gloves Tool bag Basic hand tools (cordless preferred), including: Drill Screwdrivers Mallet Box cutter Work Environment & Physical Demands Work performed in large retail store environments Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting Ability to work overnight or early morning shifts as required Moderate to high noise levels during remodel activity Must have full range of motion and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks Equal Employment Opportunity Pivotal Retail Group is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination or harassment of any kind.
