Job Description
Responsibilities Job Summary:
Supervise Reset Merchandising Partners who perform merchandising resets and small fixture installations supporting new store construction and store remodels. Store fixture installations include floor fixtures and other store display equipment.Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review Acts as advisor to direct reports to resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules. Sets day-to-day objectives for work team and ensures work is performed consistently within existing policies and procedures. Works within established guidelines, processes, and procedures. May recommend improvements to achieve team goals. Providing input in managing costs related to the team/department Ensure arrangement and placement of products on the shelves in accordance with blueprints and plan-o-grams (POGs) The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position. Work Experience:
Experience in all aspects merchandising using Plan-O-Grams, including previous Supervisory experienceRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Advanced understanding of fixture placement drawings and reading blueprint- Required Computer skills including Microsoft Office software, H-E-B systems, and designated conference call systems
- Required Must have the knowledge of, and the ability to use hand tools including power tools
- Required Must own a smart phone or tablet with minimum 2GB monthly data service plan and phone/tablet need to be no more than 2 OS versions behind the latest
- Required Must possess a personal vehicle, tools, and a checking account for direct deposit of pay
Required Education:
Technical, vocational, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field of education and/or relevant work experienceRequired Licenses/Certifications:
Completion of H-E-B Management / Leadership programs where applicable (i.e. SORM or ATL).- Required Must have a valid driver's license
