We are hiring a Merchandising Specialist to independently service retail stores within your region. Requirements:
Checks on open orders, do random inventory checks and check for bar code violations. Update all price labels every 90 days without exceptions. The price changes are not mandatory unless instructed to do so. Communicates any urgent or critical situations to ISSM immediately. Coordinates merchandise returns with Distribution Centers (DCs) and ISSM. Ability to use mobile ordering cart and/or handheld inventory management device, and use all functions relating to our product line. Executes set up and display of special promotions and new items (wingstacks, imports, new product roll outs, etc...). Store Resets - involves removing all products from display, moving steel beams (racking), returning product to new display location, installation of new POP, and price labels. Occasional overnight travel and overtime may be required for resets and special projects. New store set up responsibilities - including installation of steel beams (racking), display of entire product line, obtaining cross merchandising, installing POP, meeting store management team, checking on backup orders, and ensuring completion prior to deadlines. Requisition merchandise from supplier based on available space, merchandise on hand, customer demand, or advertised specials. Works and communicate with ISSM, account managers, customer merchandise service teams, and management to ensure service and projects are being executed to standards. Able to execute other tasks as assigned by ISSM management. May be asked to participate in relief of natural disasters caused by hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, etc... During these events overnight travel may be required along with overtime hours. May be required to travel outside of territory and spend overnights to help with special projects or cover an open territory.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. 2‐4 year college degree preferred for advancement.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Internet software, Inventory software, Order processing systems, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software. Mathematical skills such as the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Certifications & License:
Must maintain a valid driver's license and up to date insurance.
WORK CONDITIONS
Physical Demands:
Reaching outward, grasping, and speaking. Frequent standing, walking, and manually manipulating. On occasion reaching above shoulder, squatting or kneeling, bending, carrying 50 lbs. or less, and push/pull 50 lbs. or less and walking up and down ladders carrying products.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions along with dust and moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Schedule:
M‐F 8:00‐5:00 occasionally required travel outside local area, overnight stays, overnight work, and weekend work.
