Be part of a creative, style-driven environment Opportunity to influence the in-store customer experience Competitive pay and growth opportunitiy Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising Create and maintain eye-catching jewelry displays, showcases, and window presentations Ensure all merchandise aligns with brand standards and seasonal marketing campaigns Rotate inventory regularly to highlight new arrivals, promotions, and key collections Maintain display quality by replacing worn or outdated materials Uphold a clean, organized, and luxury-focused sales environment Inventory & Product Management Support product launches and new collection rollouts Monitor best-selling items and adjust displays to maximize visibility and sales Collaboration & Execution Partner with store leadership and sales teams to execute merchandising strategies Stay informed on industry trends, competitor displays, and customer preferences Provide feedback on product performance and customer engagement Qualifications 1-3+ years of visual merchandising experience (jewelry, fashion, or retail preferred) Strong eye for design, detail, and presentation Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment Passion for jewelry, fashion, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Basic knowledge of inventory systems is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Marketing, orrelated field
