Load and unload merchandise safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and trays, adhering to safety protocols. Stock shelves with grocery products while maintaining attractive displays through merchandising techniques. Assist customers with product inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support retail sales initiatives. Collaborate with team members on stocking, inventory management, and store maintenance to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stock replenishment or unloading activities. Experience operating equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts is desirable. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in inventory control and stock organization. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a valuable asset for serving diverse customers. Knowledge of grocery store operations or produce handling is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive shopping experiences. Join us as a Merchandise Associate 1099 position 2AM-2PM most days
