This position focuses on product presentation, marketplace management, website merchandising, email marketing execution, and product data accuracy. The ideal candidate enjoys organization, attention to detail, and maintaining high-quality online customer experiences. The Digital Merchandising Coordinator works directly under the Marketing Director and is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives through the execution of assigned digital, content, merchandising, and administrative tasks. The ability to take direction, prioritize assignments, and execute projects accurately is essential for success in this role. This is not a web development or software engineering position. The primary focus is maintaining and improving product listings, digital content, and online merchandising across multiple sales channels.
Primary Responsibilities Product & Marketplace Management:
Create and maintain product listings Update product descriptions, specifications, and attributes Upload and organize product images Maintain product categories and collections Ensure product information remains accurate across all platforms Support dealer product data sheets and marketplace uploads Monitor listings for consistency, completeness, and accuracy
Platforms Include:
Shopify Amazon eBay Walmart Additional marketplaces as assigned
Digital Merchandising:
Organize products for customer usability Improve product page presentation Maintain website category structure Support product launches and promotions Update landing pages and promotional content Assist with navigation and merchandising improvements Help ensure a professional and consistent online customer experience
Email Marketing Support:
Build and schedule marketing emails Assist with customer segmentation Support promotional campaigns Help manage automated email flows Coordinate email deployment with the Marketing Director Maintain email campaign organization and documentation
Product Photography & Asset Preparation:
Photograph products as needed Perform basic image cleanup and resizing Organize digital assets Prepare images for website and marketplace use Maintain digital asset organization standards
Marketing Department Support:
Assist the Marketing Director with assigned projects and initiatives Execute marketing tasks in support of department goals and campaigns Assist with product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives Support content organization and digital asset management Assist with reporting, research, and administrative marketing tasks as assigned Collaborate with other departments to support marketing objectives Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special projects as needed This position is expected to provide operational support to the Marketing Department and contribute to the successful execution of marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Director. Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large amounts of product data Experience with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar e-commerce platforms Basic understanding of SEO concepts Ability to follow established processes and standards Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments Strong written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with product data management Experience with email marketing platforms Basic image editing experience Experience with e-commerce merchandising Experience working with inventory or ERP systems Not Required Coding experience Software development experience Graphic design experience Advanced web development skills
