Farmers Market Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Farmer's Market Assistant . In this role, you'll represent our brand by providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a vibrant market setting.

Responsibilities:

Sell fermented and pickled food products at local farmers markets Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service Set up, prep, and take down the market booth Maintain a clean and inviting display throughout the market day

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and engaging with customers Available Saturdays and/or Sundays from approximately 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (including setup and takedown time) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented You will need to pick up, set up at market and return inventory to base in Chantilly, VA. A small Van, SUV, or similar vehicle is needed to transport product i.e. tent, containers, and tables. May be required to work a variety of markets at different times in VA, DC, and Maryland. If you have farmers market experience, it is a Big Plus.

Bonus:
