Lotte Plaza is seeking a Grocery Department Coordinator to join our Head Office team.

This role is responsible for improving store operations, training staff, facilitating communication between HQ and store teams, and supporting purchasing and supply-chain management. 주요 업무 (Responsibilities) 매장 그로서리 부서 문제점 파악 및 개선 Identify and resolve operational issues across grocery departments 매장 관리자 교육 (인력

• 재고•발주•마진•판매•진열•청결 등) Train grocery managers in staffing, inventory, ordering, margins, sales, merchandising, and store standards 본사-매장 간 커뮤니케이션 관리 Facilitate communication between HQ and store teams, including policies, directives, reports, and feedback 매장 표준화(진열•가격•패키지•POP 등) 지원 Support standardization of product display, pricing, packaging, and POP execution 자격 요건 (Qualifications) 그로서리 또는 리테일 운영 경험자 우대 Experience in grocery or retail operations preferred 기본적인 컴퓨터 활용 가능자 Proficiency in basic computer applications 영어 및 스페니시 가능자(필수) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 문제 해결 능력 및 빠른 상황 대응 능력 Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills 커뮤니케이션 및 조직관리 능력 Excellent communication and organizational abilities 장거리 출장 가능자, 운전면허 및 차량 필수 Must be able to travel; valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
