Job Description
Wisconsin Distributors is currently seeking a motivated and dependable full-time Merchandiser to join our team! This position is responsible for providing in-store support by merchandising, stocking, and maintaining company products at designated customer accounts. If you enjoy working independently, staying active throughout the day, and taking pride in creating organized, eye-catching displays, this opportunity may be a great fit for you. Location Madison area Schedule Monday - Friday Flexible start time Compensation & Benefits Starting at $19.00 per hour Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate Monthly phone allowance Medical, Dental, Vision insurances and more. Company Paid Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build and merchandise product displays. Monitor code dates to ensure fresh product. Stock, rotate, and face all products that are stocked. Manage, rotate, and maintain a neat back room, when applicable. Rotate back stock to cooler and shelf space as needed. Maintain positive relationships with store personnel. Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, organized, and properly faced. Follow all company merchandising and quality control standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds on a regular basis. Displays a positive attitude and patience in dealing with customers. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills. High attention to detail.
