Pay Range:
$19.53 to $27.33 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Reconcile various account types using multiple systems. Reconcile various account types including bank accounts, money orders, lottery, food delivery, rebates, other various GL accounts using a reconciliation software Verify GL activity and make appropriate entries as needed Correct any discrepancies in paperwork such as cash deposits, sales, paid out, expenses Report any unusual activity or overages/shortages to appropriate individuals. Verify any out of tolerance levels with the retail location or appropriate individuals Train coworkers as needed. Communicate with the retail locations, internal departments, and external parties informing them of correct procedures, changes in paperwork or request additional information to complete reconciling procedures. Answer all incoming calls and emails from retail locations, other departments, and external partners to resolve questions. Maintain contact with the retail locations on any changes made to paperwork.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience in retail, banking, or other relevant work history Preferred minimum 2 year accounting degree or other relevant work history Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge and ability to use a personal computer Comfortable with navigating multiple technology platforms Ability to learn new technology platforms as needed (example: new POS system) Ability to adapt to change Ability to analyze store data and provide feedback Ability to communicate effectively Proven customer service skills Proficient typing and 10 key skills Possess strong organization skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Possess a valid driver's license Deadline to
