Duties Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining accurate stock levels using RF scanners and inventory control systems Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, and move merchandise safely within the store and storage areas Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments, processing deliveries, and ensuring timely placement of products on the sales floor Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, helping locate items, and offering product recommendations in a friendly manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, storage areas, and backroom to ensure a safe shopping environment Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays, packaging products for sale or shipment, and assisting with promotional setups Perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle large or bulky items efficiently while following safety protocols Qualifications Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all equipment and systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock control Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse equipment safely Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods throughout shifts Knowledge of grocery store operations, produce handling, or retail math is advantageous Demonstrated teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean, organized workspace This position is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy contributing to team success.
