We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies across all SKIMS retail locations. This role will be responsible for ensuring a consistent brand experience through compelling product presentation, seasonal storytelling, and in-store activations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and has a strong balance of creative vision and operational precision. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end visual merchandising strategy across SKIMS retail locations, aligning with brand, product, and marketing calendars. Develop seasonal VM guidelines, floorplans, and window directives that enhance storytelling and drive conversion. Partner with Retail, Store Design, Buying, and Planning teams to inform product placement and flow. Lead cross-functional walkthroughs and presentations to align leadership on key floorset changes and in-store visual priorities. Manage the execution of all in-store displays, mannequins, signage, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency across locations. Travel regularly to stores to support new store openings, floor set installations, and in-person coaching of store teams. Collaborate with Store Managers to train and empower store teams to maintain visual standards. Monitor and analyze merchandising performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within high-growth, vertically integrated fashion or lifestyle brands. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, product flow, and storytelling through visuals. Strong spatial and design sensibility with proficiency in visual tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp). Experience managing VM for both flagship and pop-up retail formats Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours as needed to support store teams and installations. Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 / year
