We curate more than just products, we create an experience. We are seeking a passionate and driven Store Merchandiser to join our team and bring our brand to life in-store. At Creations Boutique, our Merchandisers don't just style displays. They craft an environment that is inspiring, unique, and unforgettable for every customer who walks through our doors. About the Role As a Store Merchandiser, you will partner closely with the Store Manager and team to analyze business needs, elevate visual standards, and drive sales performance. You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience, building community connections, and maintaining the creative energy that defines our brand. You are detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and hands-on. A trend seeker and taste maker, you combine creativity with strategy and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. What You'll Do Bring the brand to life through compelling visual merchandising and in-store storytelling Process and place new shipments efficiently and thoughtfully Maintain exceptional visual standards and organized backroom operations Analyze sales and merchandising reports to identify opportunities and drive performance Maximize sales through strong customer engagement and strategic merchandising Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to set weekly goals and business strategies Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and the local community Balance operational priorities with visual excellence and problem-solving Lead by example to create a customer-first culture Support staffing needs including scheduling, hiring, and team development Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to enhance store performance Create engaging training experiences that build team skills and confidence Continuously grow as a leader by seeking feedback and using company tools Who You Are A creative thinker with a strong eye for fashion, design, and emerging trends A natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for retail Results-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills An effective communicator who can coach, motivate, and inspire a team Highly organized with the ability to multitask and delegate effectively Hands-on and resourceful, with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Qualifications 1+ year of experience as a Store Merchandiser or similar role 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience Strong understanding of sales metrics and retail operations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
