SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include; taking direction from the Store Manager in planning, assigning, and delegating tasks; addressing customer service situations and resolving problems within the store and ingress, egress to the store. Responsibilities Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base Perform inventory & maintain proper inventory levels while sustaining an organized sales floor and stock room. Ensure proper cash handling procedures are in effect at all times. Assist management of performance of the store by preparing and communicating goals. Communicating progress or opportunities for improvement to provide effective feedback. Assist in the development of programs that result in increased customer satisfaction. Work with visual displays and merchandising of stands. Setting up displays to best attract customers' attention. Maintain product and service quality standards and anticipate customer needs/concerns. Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required. Supervises an entire aspect of the retail business (e.g. warehouse operations, main store operations, or heat press operations) under direct leadership from management Occasionally supervises & assigns tasks to other FT & PT supervisors as well as non-supervisor PT staff Train, track, & discipline other staff, including FT & PT supervisors & non-supervisors Responsibilities may also include assisting as support for events on the campus
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Some college preferred 2 years of merchandise experience preferred or related customer service experience Able to work in a team environment, move fast, and act on assigned duties Must be flexible to work all events including late nights, weekends and holidays. Energetic, self-motivated, friendly personality, and excellent guest services skills are required Must be able to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
