Position Overview The Director of Merchandising leads product assortment, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle strategy across all sales channels. This role partners cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, optimize margins, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead merchandising strategy across eCommerce, marketplace, dealer, and retail channels. Define assortment, pricing, and promotional plans. Drive new product launches and lifecycle management. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. Manage category performance analytics and forecasting. Build and lead a high-performing merchandising team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 8+ years of merchandising or category leadership experience.
