Jobs › Berkley, MA › Field Merchandising Compliance Man… Whitsons Culinary Group Field Merchandising Compliance Manager - Berkeley School District Berkley, MA Apply Field Merchandising Compliance Manager - Berkeley School District Berkley, MA, USA Requisition Number 16626 Location Berkley Admin-62300 Job Description Field Merchandising Compliance Manager Position Overview We are seeking a Field Merchandising Compliance Manager. to support multiple food service locations by ensuring operational standards, safety practices, and marketing programs are executed effectively. This role works closely with Unit Managers and District leadership to ensure locations maintain compliance while successfully implementing promotions, events, and participation-driving initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits to support operational compliance and safety standards Ensure required posters, signage, documentation, and regulatory paperwork are properly maintained Support execution of marketing promotions, themed events, and pop-up programs Verify locations follow approved menus, recipes, and program guidelines Assist Unit Managers with best practices, operational documentation, and compliance requirements Provide feedback and reporting to leadership on site performance and improvement opportunities Qualifications 5+ years of food service management or operations experience Experience in K-12, contract dining, or large-scale food service operations preferred Strong knowledge of food safety, operational procedures, and compliance standards Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to travel regularly to multiple locations What We Offer Opportunity to support multiple locations and impact operational excellence Collaborative leadership environment Growth opportunities within a leading food service organization $28.85 - $33.65/hour
Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Food Service Management, Nutrition, or related field preferred.
Computer Skills:
All Microsoft Office Suite products Ability to learn new software programs
Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
Minimum 3-5 years of high volume food service management experience required.
Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
3-5+ years of food service management experience, preferably in K-12, higher education, or contract food service. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational documentation. Experience supporting marketing promotions, participation initiatives, or food service programs. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel to multiple locations regularly.
