Brand Cluster What You'll Do:
As an
- Assistant Manager, Amazon Site Merchandising
- , you will play a strategic role in managing and optimizing our product catalog and brand presence on Amazon for a cluster of brands.
You will own content and merchandising strategy for your assigned portfolio, leveraging data and customer insights to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and improve business performance. Working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, supply chain, and Amazon partners, you will help deliver a best-in-class customer experience while driving traffic, conversion, and retail sales growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and possesses strong analytical thinking, using performance insights to translate opportunities into measurable business results. Responsibilities
- :•+ •Product Catalog, Content Strategy & Data-Driven Optimization•+ Lead the setup, maintenance, and optimization of product detail pages (PDPs) on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and content effectiveness.
+ Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, conversion, SEO rank, and more) to identify areas for improvement and prioritize optimizations that drive business impact. + Partner with internal teams to implement a test-and-learn approach for copy, imagery, A+ content, and other merchandising elements. +
- Brand Store & Merchandising Execution
- + Own the strategy and execution of brand store updates, ensuring alignment with seasonal priorities, promotional campaigns, and UX best practices.
+ Use performance insights to refine layouts, navigation, and content structure to maximize conversion. + Support key Amazon shopping moments (e.g., Prime Day, Holiday) through timely merchandising updates, brand store refreshes, and customer experience optimizations. +
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- + Act as the primary point of contact between merchandising, brand, creative, sales, and other cross-functional partners to align content strategies with business objectives and ensure successful execution.
+ Liaise with Amazon retailer partners to stay ahead of platform changes and merchandising opportunities. + Provide performance updates and content strategies in meetings with internal stakeholders, including Directors and VPs. +
- Process Optimization & Project Management
- + Own asset production timelines and ensure timely delivery across multiple stakeholders. + Identify and implement improvements to streamline content workflows and increase efficiency. + Create and document scalable best practices, SOPs, and tools to support team-wide adoption.

- :•+ 3-4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or related roles + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
