This position works closely with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service to assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities Monitor and make recommendations regarding sales, delivery and merchandising service levels in the retail marketplace Provide assistance with customer calls, complaints and issues in a timely manner Maintain positive relationships and direct communication with store personnel and sales and delivery teams Work with merchandising and sales team members on a continual basis to train, support and evaluate needs Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with throughout your job Assist Merchandising Manager with time keeping responsibilities within HRIS Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned Key Competencies General knowledge of industry products Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective organizational and time management skills Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers People Management Manages merchandisers Work Environment This job operates in our accounts, mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work.
