Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager Travel Retail Americas will enhance the luxury positioning of the MH portfolio and support retail sales growth by driving bold, innovative programing and enhancing the visual image of our Maisons throughout the region.

Miami, FL Office Compensation:
$112,000-$140,000/ Annually + Bonus Job responsibilities Retail Execution Develop innovative and engaging consumer brand experiences that are seamlessly executable within the retail environment. Lead the roll-out of permanent merchandising projects, including CAPEX investments and brand activations. Partner closely with the Commercial team to develop store classifications aligned with brand image and visual merchandising strategy. Identify and drive new airport retail opportunities to strengthen brand presence and visibility. Manage visual merchandising elements and POSM implementation for new store openings in line with Global Travel Retail guidelines, including mapping, sourcing, shipment tracking, and installation management. Build consumer-centric planogram strategies that enhance visibility, navigation, and shopper engagement. Oversee flagship store openings, ensuring excellence across all visual assets and merchandising executions. Conduct regular airport and store visits to identify retail opportunities, operational needs, and areas for optimization. Brand Development Support the development and communication of airport retail strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. Assist the Marketing Director in building annual marketing plans and support implementation across key accounts in close collaboration with the Sales team. Identify growth opportunities in the field and develop relevant retail and merchandising tools to support business performance. Partner with the Sales team to create customer-oriented visual merchandising solutions that enhance shopper engagement and visibility. Develop and maintain a network of expert agencies while ensuring full compliance with MH audit standards and guidelines. Proactively monitor and evaluate competitor activities across promotions, merchandising, category management, and advertising to identify market trends and opportunities. Identify and recommend investment priorities for visibility initiatives and activation programs to maximize brand impact and ROI. Build strong working relationships with Global Travel Retail Marketing teams in Paris through regular communication, meetings, and project updates. Maintain strong knowledge of key strategic customers and foster collaborative partnerships to support long-term business growth.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required. Profile Professional Experience 7 years of relevant experience in wines & spirits or luxury goods industry 3 years retail experience ideally in Travel Retail In depth experience in managing merchandising projects at scale Architectural background/experience a plus Good understanding of luxury brands Technical & management skills: Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong timeline/project management skills Ability to work across different cultural environments Ability to communicate across all levels of organization Excellent project planning & management High level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Ability to travel frequently, up to 25% of the year.
