In this role, you will lead efforts to optimize inventory placement, streamline processes, and ensure that our warehouse functions smoothly to support overall supply chain goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about process improvement, has strong leadership skills, and possesses a solid understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics. Duties Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance inventory visibility and accessibility within the warehouse. Lead the planning and execution of warehouse layout designs to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. Oversee inventory management practices, including stock rotation, cycle counting, and inventory control measures. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams to coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution activities. Utilize ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and supply chain analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement. Supervise warehouse staff, including training on safety protocols, process standards, and equipment operation such as forklifts. Manage budget responsibilities related to warehouse merchandising activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a logistics or supply chain environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively in fast-paced settings.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
