Duties Respond promptly to online inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations. Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to identify the correct parts for various vehicle makes and models. Manage inventory levels through inventory management systems (such as CMMS or POS platforms), ensuring accurate stock availability for online orders. Process orders efficiently, including order fulfillment, invoicing, and cash handling procedures while maintaining accuracy with retail math principles. Negotiate with customers on pricing, warranties, or additional services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the dealership's marketing team to promote special offers and new product lines through online channels. Maintain organized records of all transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements for reporting purposes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions about vehicle maintenance, automotive repair procedures, or parts compatibility. Support dealership retail sales efforts by cross-selling related automotive services or accessories when appropriate. Skills Strong communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to effectively serve diverse customer bases. Automotive diagnostics expertise to accurately identify vehicle needs and recommend suitable parts or services. Proficiency in inventory management systems (CMMS), POS platforms, and Microsoft Excel for tracking sales data and inventory levels. Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and automotive service standards to assist customers confidently. Negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Retail math skills for calculating discounts, totals, and profit margins accurately. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming experience for all clients. Knowledge of dealership operations including stock control, order fulfillment, maintenance procedures, and marketing strategies.
