Full Job Description Summary of Position:
The Spare Parts / Tool Crib Team Member is responsible for accurately managing departmental parts and supplies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Purchase Order Requests
  • using the SAP System, Vaatz System and obtaining quotes from vendors Daily monitoring of the Daily Purchase Request Flowchart Receiving/Returning of Spare Parts from the Receiving area Maintain Computer Inventory of Spare Parts, confirming daily Spare Parts received and issued Maintenance Budget monitoring
  • requests adjustments as needed to purchase Spare Parts, month end overage transfer requests
