The Spare Parts / Tool Crib Team Member is responsible for accurately managing departmental parts and supplies.Corporate:

Daily Purchase Order Requests- using the SAP System, Vaatz System and obtaining quotes from vendors Daily monitoring of the Daily Purchase Request Flowchart Receiving/Returning of Spare Parts from the Receiving area Maintain Computer Inventory of Spare Parts, confirming daily Spare Parts received and issued Maintenance Budget monitoring
- requests adjustments as needed to purchase Spare Parts, month end overage transfer requests

Technical/ Computer Skills:
SAP System experience is preferred Vaatz and GMMS system experience is preferred Must be proficient using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP experience a plus Proficient in using standard office equipment (copier/scanner/fax, phones, computer This Position Description is intended as a summary of the job responsibilities for this particular position.
