The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, is motivated and quality conscience. Must be full time, 40+ hours per week. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Order parts as instructed
- Receive, verify and inspect all parts as they are delivered
- Manage vendor relationships
- Reconcile parts statements
- Assist in front office as needed Skills/qualifications include but are not limited to :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auto parts coordinating
- Must be proficient in CCC1, Parts Trader, Collision Lynx, and OPS Trax
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Ability to do consistent physical activity -reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, lifting objects over 50 pounds
- Be able to understand instructions, written and verbal
- Be able to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment What we offer:
