Job Description
Job Summary/Objective The Service Parts Clerk is responsible for efficiently managing incoming parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and facilitating procurement processes. Duties include receiving and labeling parts, verifying purchase orders, conducting cycle counts, and updating pricing information. The clerk oversees inventory levels, processes purchase requisitions, and assists with part pickup and delivery. Attention to detail and adherence to quality policies are essential.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Receive incoming parts from vendors. Check purchase orders against incoming parts. Receive incoming parts. Label all incoming parts. Complete cycle counts. Maintain current pricing on all parts in inventory. Process purchase requisitions. Oversee, balance and track Parts Room inventory levels. Pick up and deliver parts as necessary. Adhere to all UDA quality policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity. Other duties as assigned by management (ie: assist with other departments as needed) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Advanced computer skills General knowledge of mechanical equipment and parts Strong organizational and time management skills Requires the ability to read, hear, speak, comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions
Experience :
required Customer (internal or external) service experience Proficient computer knowledge (MS Office suite products)
Experience:
preferred Experience with maintenance/inventory management software such as AS400 Experience with equipment maintenance and/or purchasing Dairy service and supply experience Previous warehouse administrative support role
Education/Certifications :
