Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to grow our wholesale parts business. This role is responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and increasing parts sales to independent repair facilities, fleet accounts, body shops, and commercial businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Visit customer accounts regularly to promote parts, programs, and special offers. Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up. Work closely with the parts department to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
