The ideal candidate will have previous automotive parts experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and sales. Support the service department by providing accurate and timely parts. Process orders, invoices, and returns. Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock. Recommend related parts and accessories when appropriate. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.
Qualifications:
Previous dealership or automotive parts counter experience required. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and electronic parts catalogs. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment. Basic computer skills and experience with dealership management systems are a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
