This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your automotive knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and sales expertise to support dealership operations and wholesale clients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless parts procurement, accurate inventory control, and outstanding service delivery, all while fostering strong relationships with customers and vendors. Duties Manage wholesale parts sales by providing expert product recommendations and negotiating deals to meet customer needs. Maintain accurate inventory levels through diligent stock management, utilizing inventory control systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools. Process orders efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely fulfillment and proper documentation. Assist customers via phone, email, or in person with inquiries related to automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures. Support dealership service departments by sourcing automotive parts quickly and accurately, ensuring vehicle repairs are completed without delay. Conduct regular inventory audits, stock replenishment, and organization to optimize warehouse space and reduce discrepancies. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or automotive service environments; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Proficiency in eBAY preferred. Excellent communication skills with good phone etiquette. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and automotive repair terminology. Experience with inventory management systems such as CMMS or similar software; POS systems knowledge is beneficial.
