Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Parts Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in parts sales and inventory management, who is passionate about customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
• Maintain and optimize inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
• Monitor and improve parts turns to ensure efficient inventory flow.
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports on inventory status and sales trends.
• Develop and implement inventory control and warehousing efficiency procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in parts sales or inventory management.
• Education in automotive trade preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
