Spare Parts Sales Specialist ZPMC North America Irvine, CA Job Details Full-time $25.79 - $31.05 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Pricing SAP Filing Account development Business development Full Job Description Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & Sales Support Respond to customer inquiries for spare parts, consumables, and related products. Prepare and submit quotations according to customer requirements. Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery, and commercial terms when required. Maintain good communication and long-term relationships with customers. Support customers with product information, availability, and delivery updates. 2. Sales Order Management Create and process sales orders accurately in the system. Review customer purchase orders and verify pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements. Coordinate internally to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers. Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer complaints. 3. Coordination with Procurement & Warehouse Work closely with the procurement team to confirm lead times and product availability. Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving, packing, and shipment schedules. Assist in expediting urgent orders and critical spare parts deliveries. Ensure proper communication between sales, procurement, and warehouse departments. 4. Documentation & Reporting Prepare invoices and related sales documentation. Maintain accurate sales records, customer files, and quotation history. Update order tracking reports and sales status reports regularly. Ensure all sales documents comply with company procedures and customer requirements. 5. Logistics & Shipping Coordination Coordinate shipment arrangements with logistics providers when necessary. Support import/export documentation preparation for international shipments. Track shipment status and assist customers with delivery-related inquiries. 6. Business Development Identify opportunities for additional spare parts sales. Promote company products and services to existing and potential customers. Support the sales team in achieving department sales targets. Participate in customer visits, meetings, and exhibitions when required. Qualifications Experience in spare parts sales, industrial equipment, or related industries preferred. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously. Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Available to work under different time zone. Chinese language is preferred. Preferred Industry Background Port equipment Container cranes
