Your knowledge of automotive diagnostics, inventory management, and sales will help keep our service department running smoothly and our customers satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills with customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and replenishing parts to ensure optimal availability and minimal stock discrepancies Utilize point-of-sale (POS) software to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with the service team to fulfill parts orders promptly, ensuring timely vehicle repairs and maintenance Negotiate with other suppliers and vendors to obtain quality parts at competitive prices while maintaining strong professional relationships Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and a friendly attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Skills Strong knowledge of automotive and Agriculture Parts, repair procedures, and vehicle maintenance practices Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs effectively Effective communication skills for engaging with customers, team members, and external partners Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with automotive repair or dealership environments is highly desirable Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism during cashiering duties This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about automotive services who thrive on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
