• Full-time Position Overview JDM Engine Pro is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and versatile Automotive Sales & Operations Floater to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who is a self-starter , go-getter , and team player who can confidently transition between the office, warehouse, inventory management, customer service, and deliveries as business demands. The ideal candidate has a strong automotive background, understands Japanese engines and transmissions, possesses excellent communication skills, and takes pride in maintaining a professional attitude while providing exceptional customer service. No two days are the same—this position requires flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Primary Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Assist customers in selecting the correct engines, transmissions, and automotive parts. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally. Prepare estimates, invoices, and sales orders. Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding customer service. Resolve customer questions in a courteous and professional manner. Office & Administrative Support Assist with daily office operations and organization. Process customer orders and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding inventory and shipments. Support management with administrative tasks as assigned. Inventory & Online Listings Photograph engines, transmissions, and automotive parts.

Create and manage listings on:

eBay Facebook Marketplace Shopify Company Website Write accurate product descriptions and maintain organized online inventory. Ensure listings include proper specifications, compatibility information, and quality images. Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory. Assist with loading and unloading freight shipments. Prepare engines and transmissions for customer pickup or shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Delivery Responsibilities Deliver engines, transmissions, and automotive parts safely and professionally when needed. Load and secure products properly for transportation. Verify deliveries and obtain customer signatures when required. Equipment Operation Safely operate a forklift to move engines, transmissions, and pallets throughout the warehouse. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of automotive parts sales experience Minimum 3 years of customer service experience Minimum 3 years of office or administrative experience Minimum 3 years of communication/customer interaction experience Minimum 3 years of experience creating online listings Experience using: eBay Facebook Marketplace Shopify Company websites or e-commerce platforms Experience photographing inventory for online sales Strong knowledge of Japanese engines and transmissions Forklift operating experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
