In this role, you'll reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in selling their vehicles through our online appraisal platform. Your goal is to evaluate their vehicles, make competitive offers, and help acquire high-quality inventory. This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Contact inbound leads from individuals interested in selling their vehicles. Build trust and provide a professional, friendly experience during each call. Collect vehicle information such as condition, mileage, ownership history, and service records. Explain our appraisal and offer process clearly to the seller. Coordinate appointments or vehicle inspections as needed. Negotiate purchase prices within company guidelines. Maintain accurate lead tracking and updates within the CRM system. Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure smooth acquisitions and inventory flow. Follow up with potential sellers in a timely and organized manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive-related roles is preferred. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and follow-up discipline. Comfortable using CRM software, phones, and email systems. Basic automotive knowledge is helpful Ability to work independently and as a part of a motivated team. Bilingual a plus!
