In this role, assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department. Large heavy construction equipment distributor in Ontario, CA is seeking a reliable person for a full time equipment parts sales position. The job requires customer service skills, able to communicate well with the customers, able to take parts orders, make shipping arrangements, create quotes and sales orders, research and find the parts when customer doesn't have a part number. Some knowledge and background in our industry or similar preferred. The ideal candidate will have to pass a background check, including a credit check and drug test. Company offers great benefits and room for advancement. Duties Assist customers both in person and via phone by providing detailed product information, pricing, and availability while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with service technicians to identify required parts for vehicle repairs and service procedures. Process sales transactions efficiently Manage order fulfillment processes accurately to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers or service departments Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean working environment within the parts department. Skills Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
