This is a fast-paced, high-volume shop with a consistent workflow and a team that depends on accurate parts ordering, strong vendor relationships, and excellent organization. If you know how to order parts correctly the first time, manage returns efficiently, and support technicians so repairs stay on schedule, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Order and track collision repair parts accurately Procure OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts Manage returns, credits, and vendor follow-up Work closely with estimators and technicians throughout the repair process Verify received parts for accuracy and damage before repairs begin Maintain an organized, efficient parts department Resolve parts issues quickly to prevent production delays What We're Looking For Previous collision repair parts experience Strong knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay Health insurance with low out-of-pocket costs Dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Stable, full-time employment with a growing collision repair organization All applications will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
