Position summary- Collaborating with technicians to identify and procure parts efficiently
- Managing stock levels, shipping/receiving, and inventory-related activities
- Supporting core processing and other warehouse functions as assigned
- Identifying opportunities to upsell complementary products and services
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and warehouse
RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to work with urgency and accountability
- Ability to manage the full customer order life cycle, from intake to fulfillment
- Working knowledge of order processing systems and inventory control methodologies
- Ability to optimize work processes and support continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge gained through education, training, or hands-on experience
- Helpful knowledge of engines, marine equipment, on-highway equipment, and power generation parts research (internal candidates)
- Ability to comply with export control or regulatory licensing requirements if applicable
QUALIFICATIONS
Helpful knowledge of Engines, Marine, on highway equipment, and power generators parts research.Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
