Full Job Description Plumbing Supply Store:
Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate We are looking for a friendly and professional Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to serve our community of local contractors and homeowners
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers and answer phone questions with product inquires. Accurately pick, pull, and pack plumbing materials against packing slip. Assist in unloading delivery trucks, check incoming packing slips for accuracy, and stock materials in their proper locations. Follow up on special orders/backorders, process customer returns, and inspect parts for restocking. Assist customers with plumbing materials into their if needed vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and warehouse space, including standard janitorial tasks to ensure a professional environment.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management Ability to work overtime if needed Strong team player with a positive attitude, building good relationships with both customers and coworkers
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage based on experience and performance Paid holidays Vacation benefits
Hours:
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday 8am - 1pm Saturday How to
