The ideal candidate will have dealership parts experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional support to service technicians, wholesale customers, and retail clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment and enjoy helping customers find the right parts quickly and accurately, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries and orders Accurately identify automotive parts using catalogs and dealership software Maintain proper inventory control and stocking procedures Process invoices, payments, credits, and returns Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts delivery Receive and stock incoming parts shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department Support departmental goals for sales and customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience required; dealership experience preferred Knowledge of OEM automotive parts and accessories Experience with dealership management systems- Dealertrack preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement Professional and supportive work environment Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind.
