Job Description
Yuba City Autoworks is a full-service, ASE-certified repair shop serving the Yuba-Sutter community. We're looking for a motivated, people-first individual to be the face of our front office. You'll keep operations running smoothly from greeting customers and answering phones to supporting our parts department. If you're organized, friendly, and ready to grow with a busy shop, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers and manage check-in/check-out Answer phones and schedule appointments Assist with parts ordering, receiving, and returns. Communicate repair status updates to customers Process payments and handle cashier duties Support technicians and service advisors with administrative tasks,parts ETA,core Returns etc. What we're looking for Customer service experience highly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and a team player Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency Spanish speaker a plus Automotive experience a plus but not required What we offer Competitive pay: $18-$25/hr depending on experience Commission opportunities Full training provided, we'll set you up for success Supportive team environment at a well-established, community-trusted shop
