Aftermarket Parts Specialist:
On behalf of our Water Solutions client, Procom is searching for an Aftermarket Parts Specialist for a permanent role. This position is onsite at our client's Centennial, CO office.

Job Description:
As an Aftermarket Parts Specialist, you will be the primary connection between our customers and their HVAC parts and equipment needs. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing parts orders and inventory, and supporting both customers and team members to ensure efficient service for HVAC trade clients.

Aftermarket Parts Specialist
  • Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers via counter service and phone, identifying the correct parts and solutions.
  • Receive and inspect shipments, maintain accurate stock levels, and keep an organized warehouse.
  • Pack and ship orders directly from the warehouse, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Assist with parts ordering and work order processing, collaborating with service technicians.
  • Build strong customer loyalty by offering knowledgeable product support and resolving parts inquiries. Aftermarket Parts Specialist
  • Mandatory Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in the HVAC or wholesale parts industry.
  • Ability to lift objects over 25 lbs and comfortable climbing ladders.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in computer software; familiarity with Excel, Epicor, and Adobe. Aftermarket Parts Specialist
