Job Description North American Truck & Trailer, Inc. is currently seeking a Parts Counter Person - CBS to join our team at our Colorado Brake location. The Parts Counter Person will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and locating required parts Provide detailed information about products, including price, availability, and compatibility Read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogs to ensure accurate identification of parts Process parts orders in an efficient and accurate manner Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stocking of parts Collaborate with the service department to identify parts needed for repairs and maintenance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customers' inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns Assist in the organization and maintenance of the parts department Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:
