Built on more than 20 years of Land Rover expertise, we provide advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for Land Rover, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, MINI, Volkswagen, Volvo, and other premium European vehicles. As we continue to grow, we're looking for the right person to become an important part of our team and help keep our operation running at a high level. This is not simply a warehouse position or a job sweeping floors. This role is for someone who takes pride in staying organized, supporting the team, and helping solve problems before they become disruptions. Many successful parts specialists, service advisors, and technicians started in positions just like this. What You'll Do Parts & Inventory Operations Receive and inspect incoming parts orders for accuracy and condition. Organize and maintain inventory areas. Pull and stage parts for technicians. Process cores and assist with returns. Help maintain shop supplies and inventory levels. Eventually assist with retail and over-the-counter parts sales. Technician Support Deliver parts and supplies to technicians. Assist with vehicle movement around the facility. Perform tire services and basic maintenance operations. Help maintain shop workflow and efficiency. Shop & Facility Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Assist with fluid recycling and waste handling procedures. Help maintain shop equipment and tools. Assist with light facility repairs and maintenance projects. Support special projects and wherever help is needed to keep the operation running smoothly. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time and is dependable. Takes ownership and finishes what they start. Notices details and catches problems before they affect others. Works well with technicians, advisors, and management. Enjoys learning and accepts coaching. Takes pride in supporting the team. Appreciates automobiles and mechanical work. Required Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong organizational skills. Professional attitude and reliable attendance. Preferred Automotive shop, dealership, warehouse, or parts experience. Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles, or willingness to learn. Experience with tire service, oil changes, or basic vehicle maintenance. Enthusiasm for the automotive industry. European vehicle experience is not required. We can teach the vehicles.
