Parts Room Attendent

At Leprino Foods, the compensation for this role is currently $24.18 per hour. The shift is 3:00pm-11:30pm. This position requires responsibility for overseeing the accurate inventory of parts, receiving parts as instructed, and maintaining the preventive maintenance tracking system.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age Must be able to read, write, and speak the English Language Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to support 24/7 operation, including weekends, holidays, and off-shifts. Must be able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic to understnad the preventive work orders, shipment records, and tracking of inventory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to efficiently communicate with employees in department, foreperson/supervisor, employees of other departments and vendors. Purchase parts obtaining quoptes and completing purchase orders Track inventory accurately including data entry, inventory counts, and incoming/outgoing parts records. Ship parts for repair and track progress. Obtain parts by using the plant truck. Comply with safe work practices. Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
