We will rely on you to be a brand ambassador for Bozarth and for GM, promoting our products, services, people, and experiences. In this role, you get to be a team player while working with customers and maintaining parts inventory. The position pays $4,500-$6,000 a month. You'll also be able to come to work in casual attire (no suits required!). What you bring At Bozarth Chevrolet, we hire people who are: Collaborative team players Learners Ethical and display high trustworthiness Proactive problem solvers Calm in stressful or high pressure situations To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to: Have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record Have the flexibility to work a schedule that may include some Saturdays and some holidays and work opening and closing shifts Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have customer service experience and good communication skills Have good organizational and multitasking skills Be able to follow-up with customers Have one year of experience in automotive parts sales In addition, we're most interested in candidates who also have: One year of experience in General Motors automotive parts sales (preferred) Depending on how far you as a candidate proceed in our process, you will be required to pass a background check which includes a drug test.
