Job Description

Our Parts Professional position is the life line to our business. If you have experience in the wholesale automotive industry and enjoy a fast paced environment assisting customers with their automotive needs then this is the position for you.
Job Duties:
Find the correct parts application in either the published NAPA catalogs or the TAMS computer catalog Demonstrate understanding of products and their application Determine customer's needs Describe product features and their benefits to the customer Obtain parts not on hand by ordering parts in an efficient manner Perform excellent customer service Additionally, you will: Effectively communicate
