In this energetic role, you will assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts, manage inventory, and ensure smooth operations. Your proactive attitude and organizational skills will help keep our parts department running efficiently while providing an engaging experience for every customer. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating automotive parts and accessories using product knowledge and inventory systems Manage inventory control, stock shelving, and order fulfillment to ensure parts availability and accurate stock levels Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and invoicing with precision Provide technical support by understanding automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures to recommend suitable parts Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Collaborate with the service team to facilitate seamless parts ordering, returns, and warranty processes Requirements Previous dealership or automotive parts experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive repair and service is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and stock replenishment efficiently Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Basic math skills including retail math for sales calculations, discounts, and inventory counts Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism during busy periods Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation to foster positive interactions with clients and team members Availability Saturdays 7.00am-1.00pm or 8.00am-3.00pm when needed.
