Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Consultant to join our team at Valenti Volkswagen. This role is critical in supporting both our service department and retail customers by ensuring accurate and efficient parts sales and inventory management. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and service technicians to identify parts needs Provide accurate parts recommendations and pricing Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and internal systems Process parts orders, special orders, and returns Answer incoming calls and respond to parts inquiries Maintain organized inventory and work areas Assist in stocking, receiving, and cycle counts Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Qualifications Minimum 2 years automotive parts experience (required) Volkswagen or OEM dealership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer proficiency (parts systems, inventory software) Schedule Full-time position 8-hour shifts Weekends as needed Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Discount Flexible Schedule Location Requirement Must be able to commute to or relocate to: Hartford, CT 06120 Position is in-person If you're passionate about the automotive industry and want to be part of a well-established, growing dealership group, we encourage you to apply today.
